‘Golden Duck’ – cricket fans troll Kohli on social media

NOTTINGHAM: Indians were expecting their cricket team’s skipper Virat Kohli to score his 28th Test hundred but he was clean bowled by James Anderson for naught on Day 2 of the opening Test.

The Indian skipper came out to bat when India were 104-2. Anderson was on the charge and took him off the first ball he faced, edging the ball behind the stumps.

The ‘Golden Duck’ led to a huge troll on social media throughout the day.

It must be noted here that India closed rain-hit Day 2 at 125/4 with KL Rahul (57*) and Rishab Pant (7*) on the crease. Earlier, India bowled out England for 183 with the help of pacers Jasprit Bumrah (4 wickets) and Mohammad Shami (3 wickets).
